SCHMACKARY’S RETURN POLICY
All sales are final for all online orders. Schmackary’s does not offer money back returns for cookies placed online unless your order is missing cookies and/or your order was incorrectly packaged by our facility.

In the event we are out of a certain flavor, we will inform you via email and can change your order within one hour of that email. If we do not hear back from you within that hour, our bakers will substitute your cookies with more of what you ordered. No refunds will be provided if cookies are replaced by our kitchen. In the event you want a new order, you will be responsible for shipping charges that occur.

Schmackary’s is not responsible for shipping errors caused by our shipping partners (FedEx) which can include but not limited to, delays in packages, lost or stolen packages, damaged products, and/or smashed cookies. Once a label is made and your order is processed, we no longer have control of your package. If you have an issue with your package please call 800-GO-FEDEX to file a claim with the tracking number provided for you. We will not refund customers for any of the issues above.

Any and all returns will be subject to inspection. If we find your order does not meet the criteria for a return, we reserve the right to withhold your refund. In the event you are not satisfied with your order and request a new batch of cookies, Schmackary’s will not be responsible for shipping charges associated with your order.
